Digital Preservation

To ensure the long-term preservation and continued accessibility of its published content, TRANS-KATA: Journal of Language, Literature, Culture, and Education participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). The PKP PN provides a distributed digital preservation service for journals using Open Journal Systems (OJS), ensuring that published articles remain securely archived and accessible in the event of website failure, service interruption, or journal discontinuation.

Through this preservation service, the journal is committed to maintaining the integrity, authenticity, and long-term availability of its scholarly publications.

 

Self-Archiving Policy

TRANS-KATA: Journal of Language, Literature, Culture, and Education supports the dissemination and long-term accessibility of scholarly research through self-archiving. Authors are permitted to deposit the following versions of their manuscripts in institutional repositories, personal websites, subject repositories, or other non-commercial repositories:

• Submitted Version (Preprint): The version of the manuscript submitted to the journal before peer review.
• Accepted Version (Postprint): The final peer-reviewed manuscript accepted for publication before copyediting and typesetting.
• Published Version (Version of Record): The final published version available on the journal website.

When depositing any version of the manuscript, authors must provide appropriate acknowledgment of the original publication by including the journal title, article title, volume, issue, publication year, and the Digital Object Identifier (DOI), where available. Authors should also include a link to the published version on the journal website whenever possible.

This policy promotes the broad dissemination, visibility, and accessibility of research while preserving the integrity of the scholarly record.
